Santalba semi-sweet. A fresh, fruity white Rioja, perfect to drink chilled on summer days with tapas, appetizers, salpicón, octopus, sushi and white fish.
Viura is an autochthonous variety of Rioja and excellent for its production. The sweetness is natural and is achieved by interrupting the fermentation process using natural techniques.
