Santalba Reserva white wine, made with care from our white grapes of the Viura variety from old vineyards with very low yields located very close to the winery in Gimileo.
Fermented in barrels on lees and with battonage every 3 days, this wine is aged for 14 months in medium toasted French and Russian oak barrels. The oak chosen and its toasting have been specifically selected for the elaboration of this wine.
Type of wine
Appearance: Bright yellow with a slight golden hue.
Nose: Very intense, complex with hints of white flowers such as jasmine, stone fruits, almonds and orange blossom honey.
Palate: Full and creamy on the palate. Excellent texture, balanced acidity, good structure and persistent aftertaste. It will evolve very positively in the bottle.
Food pairings: White meats such as pork sirloin with mustard, roast chicken with vegetables or roast turkey, smoked and blue fish, sushi, seafood, rice dishes and risottos, Thai dishes, fresh pasta, beef carpaccio with parmesan, etc.
Serving temperature: 9ºC.
