Santalba Brut Nature Reserva

Santalba Brut Nature, made with our Viura grape variety, native to Rioja and one of the best for this type of production. Good acidity that prevents oxidation and gives the wine elegance and complexity.
Made with a partial destemming of the bunches and a gentle and delicate crushing of the grapes. After a peculiar maceration for 6 hours, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is aged on the lees for 6 months and then aged for 30 months in the bottle.
Notas de cata
View: Bright pale yellow with fine bubbles forming rosaries on the surface. The foam is long lasting.
Nose: Intense and complex with hints of white flowers such as jasmine, reineta apple, brioche, toast and biscuit.
Palate: Full-bodied and creamy. Excellent texture, balanced acidity, a refreshing bubble and an unforgettable and persistent finish. It will evolve very positively in the bottle.
Food pairing
Food pairing: Recommended as an aperitif or paired with fish and seafood, particularly oysters, scallops and lobster. It also goes very well with Iberian ham and black winter truffle and, of course, at any time of celebration. An exceptionally gastronomic wine.
Serving temperature: 8ºC – 10ºC.
Storage
It is recommended that this wine be kept in a cool, ventilated place where the temperature is constant. The bottles should be kept in a horizontal position, so that the wine is always in contact with the cork.
